At Caitlyn Minimalist, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved making it for you. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Caitlyn Minimalist packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
